We can print your documents and have them ready at our scheduled appointment.

Bring Photo ID For Each Signer

Have a physical Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport. Unexpired ID is preferred, but an expired ID issued within the last 5 years is acceptable.

⚠️ Digital or photo copies of ID are not valid identification for notarization in California.

If a signer doesn’t have ID, we won’t be able to schedule an appointment. However, there may still be an option to notarize. Visit our FAQ to learn about credible witnesses.
